Existing patients will have noted a letter stating that Professor Rathod’s fees will be increasing from the beginning of April. In light of the current global situation, we have decided not to change fees at this time to ensure affordability and availability of our services. The fees remain as below:
Self-funding individuals are welcome. Our charges are as follows:
First out-patient assessment: £350
Follow up (up to 30 mins): £150
Follow up (up to 1 hour): £300
Private Prescription: £30
Prof Rathod is recognized by all major insurance companies such as;
BUPA, AXA, Cigna, AVIVA, Vitality Health, WPA, Simply Health.
If you have private medical insurance, please contact your insurer before your consultation, to check the terms of your policy; particularly the level and type of outpatient cover you have, including excess treatment costs and any reimbursement limits on individual consultation fees.
Online payments are the preferred option. We accept all major credit and debit card payments for our services. You can make payments in advance or at the appointment.
Patients whose care is funded by medical insurance may need to provide credit or debit card details for uninsured costs. Patients will be responsible for any excess payments or any other payments that the insurance company is unwilling to pay. We expect excess costs to be paid in advance of the appointment. If someone else is paying your bill you are still responsible for paying any charges which they do not pay. This should be paid in advance of the appointment.
Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of the full value of the appointment charge maybe incurred.
In the absence of prior written agreement to the contrary, payment of our charges is required on receipt of our invoice. Failure to make payment within the stipulated time limit may result in the matter being referred to our debt collection agents, whose charges will be added to and payable with the invoice debt.
